GCCSA Head Start/ Early Head Start provides onsite enrichment experiences that give children various learning avenues. Activities include storytelling, puppet shows, art activities, and community partner visits, in addition to our established curriculum. We believe that every day is a new day filled with wonderful experiences for our children.
GCCSA operates a total of 14 Head Start and 2 Early Head Start center-based facilities. Many of our Head Start centers are located on school campuses of the Houston Independent School District and children are dually enrolled with the school district and Head Start.
