Celebrating Week of the Young Child April 6-12 is an annual celebration sponsored by the National Association for Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the world’s largest early childhood education association. Gulf Coast Community Services joins the annual event to celebrate early learning, young children, their teachers, and families. Each day is celebrated with a theme and a video from members of the agency!

Our Programs Change Lives
The Gulf Coast Community Services Association, Inc. (GCCSA, Inc.) is a non-profit organization that serves the most vulnerable populations of Greater Houston. Founded in 1965, GCCSA, Inc. provides diverse programs designed to eliminate the inhibitive conditions of the under-resourced populations of Harris County, Galveston County, and Brazoria County.
“My family and I were so grateful for GCCSA’s assistance with our rent. No other agency was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. You not only helped us keep our home, but provided encouragement and support. It propelled me out of depression and I got a job! Thank you and may you all have continued blessings.”
C Miles
Our ever-growing coalition of consciousness works to educate scholars aged 0 to 90, equip individuals so that they may earn a living wage, and empower under-resourced communities to become sustainably economic environments of success.
