GCCSA provides emergency rental payments for clients who have received vacate notices.
The Rental Assistance Program serves individuals and families in financial distress by preventing loss of shelter with the help of financial assistance.
The Rental Assistance Program has two options:
Option I – Client will have a Service Agreement or Plan of Action that must be completed in order to receive a rental or utility assistance payment.
Option II – Client must agree to a two month long Service Agreement, which will include participating in at least one ongoing class (ABE/GED, Nutrition, ESL, SSL, Business Applications, Money Management, etc.).
