The GCCSA, Inc Early Head Start Program serves eligible pregnant women, infants, and toddlers – ages 6 weeks to 30 months – in the Houston-area. Located at Fifth Ward’s historic Julia C. Hester House, our Early Head Start Center provides services of education, family involvement, health, and family literacy.

GCCSA, Inc offers a variety of educational opportunities for the adult learner – General Equivalency Diploma, Adult Basic Education, and Career, Vocational & Technology Development tracks. The Agency provides scholarships to qualified candidates (aged 18 years and older) who are interested in pursuing continuing education or vocational training certifications for career advancement.
