The 2017 GCCSA Application for Services

Please note that a signed, completed application and all required documents must be submitted in order for your application to be processed in a timely manner. Failure to submit the required documentation will result in delayed processing or denial of your application.

Drop-off applications will not be accepted at the GCCSA corporate office. Submit via Email, Fax or Mail only.

After you submit your application, it will be reviewed for completeness.
If we are missing required supporting documents, you will be contacted to submit the missing items.
If the application is complete and you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be contacted to register for an Orientation Session, where you will meet your case specialist and begin working with GCCSA to transition out of poverty.
Submitting your complete application and supporting documents is the first step on your journey with us toward economic independence!
